About Me

I am a septuagenarian who loves to workout, eat right, and stay in shape. After living a few decades, you learn that if you don't take care of yourself, no one will do it for you. You are at this site because you want to improve your fitness level, and maybe improve your nutrition. Perhaps you want to increase your strength, flexibility or range of motion or maybe lose a few pounds and firm up. Whatever your goals, lets clearly define and work toward them together, you are not alone.

My journey began at the age of 67, I was always athletic but not in the shape I wanted. I was nearly 60 pounds over weight, borderline diabetic, and my blood pressure was 140/80. I was taking medications in amounts that I did not want. I started working out smarter and focused on diet. I became interested in healthy eating and physical fitness.

Over the course of a year and a half I dropped those 60 pounds; my blood pressure lowered to 112/70, and my blood sugar landed in safe levels. I exercise three days a week and can maintain my current weight and strength levels with comfort and ease, and some disciplined work.

I take a limited amount of clients due to the time it takes to collect, analyze and discuss. It takes time to develop a solid fitness plan and make it pay off over time. I work with clients in 8 week schedules; two weeks to assess movement and fitness, and develop a 6 week adjustable plan. We do a one-on-one for 45 minutes twice per week for three weeks. The 2nd three weeks we meet once per week for 45 minutes to discuss form, improvement in strength/speed and stamina.
